Located in the lower area of the village Vico Pancellorum, the house was built from an old 19th century building. Fully renovated with a great concern for its patrimonial history, it welcomes up to 8 at 10 persons.

The house consists of:

  • 2 double bed rooms, each of them equipped with a bathroom (possibility to add a cot / child bed provided upon request)
  • 2 rooms with 2 single bed (Approachable) each of them equipped with a bathroom
  • 1 fully equipped living room
  • 1 kitchen and dining room
  • 1 private swimming pool, kept at the right temperature all summer
  • 1 laundry and storage area (washing machine, drying, Ski, etc.)
  • 1 shaded terrace with barbecue
  • 1 private parking (4 vehicles max)

House renovation respected the most stringent insulation rules, making the house as comfortable in winter than in summer. It’s heated by a wood-pellet boiler coupled with solar panels.
